A Vessel of Light - A Child's Heart.

A Child's Heart is an empty vessel of pure innocent life waiting eagerly to be filled with the joys of love. Arms wide open and their tiny hands reaching out for tender loving care, sometimes with a wide addicting smile, other times with fear on their face and tears rolling past their cheeks.
It is our main job, the keepers of their light, to fill that vessel with unconditional love as we smile back or while wiping and comforting their fears.
The love keeps their heart filled, ready to take on the world and grow into an adult spreading out those gifts of love you gave to their soul.
However, when we fail to fill the empty vessel of an innocent heart with love but rather scars of pain, whether from actual abuse or from indifference, there is nothing but ache being held in that now dimming vessel. The shadows creating a darkness like no night has ever seen.
We, yes, all of us decide the paths they will walk as well as the paths others will meet when we don't care for our children, all the children.
Take care of those vessels of light, for we all created them. I am currently trying to fill my own once neglected heart of a child with the love and understanding I never received in my childhood - I don't hold hate towards the adults in my life back then as I know the Lighthouse is hard to see through storms of the century.
Be Well 💜💜💜
