Morning Coffee thoughts are on GREED (more like frustration releasing)

We have a monster ravishing urban centers, sinking suburbia, and strangling our rural treasured small communities who help to place food on all of our tables by their hard work in communities just as poor as those urban concrete oppressive centers. His name is Greed and his handlers call Wall Street home.
Our politicians are too damn busy choking on circus peanuts he throws at their asses to keep them occupied and ready to do his bidding.
Gaudy gold is their calling and while slavery may no longer be legal in this country, the wealthy have figured their way around it by keeping us ALL drones while they hold the carrot of hope always just out of reach.
The real power in this country sits on Wall Street among all those ladies in waiting investors, ready and willing to bed with Greed's evil crusty self from just a wink and the lie capitalism will set you free.
Those courtesans to greed are the sickeningly rich, convincing themselves what is beneficial to them is to us, but the problem is they are hoarders - gluttons - addicts, they don't share.
You good with that?
I'm not.
Back when Universal Healthcare was truly being discussed in this country, and yes against the great tide of GREED, why do you think we settled for the system we have now? Greed exerted its power - empowered #wallstreet with steel toe boots to stomp on our heads. As they force a new way to screw people with pre-existing conditions, and it's called pre-authorization denials and greed.
Take a good look to see why your hospitals and clinics are closing - GREED has gutted them - chewed up and spat out the workers and patients as it used Congress as a toothpick.
Can't find affordable rentals that are not shabby shacks with a coat of paint? Thank Greed.
Can't afford to feed your family? Those who are able to earn a living and those who are unable ALL are struggling, but Greed calls us Liars.
Our vacations and time off in this country have turned into a distant memory.
We're being squeezed from all angles while getting pounded on the head and I won't even mention what Greed has done to our orifices as it raped us from behind. Same thing that dirty bastard has done to our home, our land, our planet.
Churches filling their coffers as people step over the homeless and judge others for falling victim to life.
We're bleeding all over the place, but the gaslight provided only keeps us divided, while Greed takes over.
I'm kinda fed up with the bullshit, obviously, aren't you?
Dramatic yes, but if you've been paying attention to the dysfunction swirling us, then you know what I wrote here is just the tip of the iceberg.
Liberal elites? MAGA? Really there is no difference as both have taken over their parties and only want things their way, at least that was the track record that has gotten us here and yes, I have always considered myself a dem, my label is bleeding heart human being.
Why do I say that? I remember 2016, vividly. I remember young people coming out in droves after watching their parents struggle to feed and house them during the Great Recession. They came out in those droves because they saw hope - it truly was an amazing thing, what we've screamed for in this country, getting more young people involved in their government. They were used and abused, still are - and people wonder why two men around 80 are our only viable (according to the parties) candidates for president right now? YOU DID THIS WHEN WE BOWED TO GREED AND IT'S TWIN, POWER.
It's hard to see Congress, both sides, pocket PAC funds, attend fundraisers downing those alcohol cocktails ( alcohol is safer than weed? whatever, Tavern League insists so, I guess) , and all the rest while a child gets denied their meds, while grandma gets denied an MRI and is considering just giving up. While people struggling with the mental effects from Greed wrecking their lives, well sorry your insurance is not accepted IF you can find an appt.
Is this how we Love Thy Neighbor?
Anyway - Have A GREAT DAY, make a child smile, if you can because look at what we're doing to their foundation for life, it's the absolute least we all can do, give them a smile before the hand off.
Whew, I kinda feel better - more coffee needed...
Be Well, at least try to be.
