Be Someone's Miracle -Hear the People Sing

Homeless Children.

The sick who can't get healthcare.

People literally hiding from an Ice storm with no regard for aim.

Sides playing politics to appease someone else sitting on a throne of gold.

Happy Monday -

Oh - this is St. Frances of Rome. Today is her feast day. I still look up "Saint of the day" - yes (it's a thing) from time to time and I do it mainly for the history aspects, the glimpses into life, culture, and mindset -

St. Frances of Rome was a 12ish yr old girl forced into a marriage she didn't want - he was nobility and she, simple - a young girl who only wanted to be a Nun .

Well, there would be NUN of THAT - the marriage was an alliance builder- both came from noble blood.

The little girl she was had no choice but she did have visisions to comfort her ache. St Alexis came to her - he had left a forced marriage. It is said that at the time she was on her deathbed. He gave her a choice, embrace the marriage or be allowed to pass on at that time.

She spent the next 40 years opening her heart and providing love to the community, as she would have done as a Sister wearing her habit. Lorenzo was deeply in awe of his young wife.

There's far more to the story and probably a heck of a lot more we will never know -

But right now let it serve for symbolism for your fears  - get out in those communities and help the fallen rise again. We're going to need it-

Eight hundred years ago a little girl lost the life she dreamed of. Yet she still turned the life she was given into service for others.

Maybe that is the reminder today.

If the world feels like dark clouds gathering, we don’t wait for the thrones of gold to fix it.

We step outside and become the miracle for someone else.

My Monday -What the $#@! are we thinking coffee thoughts?!? -

Be Someone's Miracle !

Be Well 💜🌹💜🌹💜
