Kelly's Sweet Whispers

A Feline's Goodnight Poem.

In twilight's hush, where shadows play,

Kelly the Chocolate Siamese finds his way.

Coat like cocoa, warm and deep,

Eyes of sapphire, secrets keep.

He walks a path of bittersweet,

Where joy and sorrow gently meet.

Paws soft on petals, fallen and bright,

Carrying goodnight treats through the dark night.

With every step, a treat he leaves—

Dark, smoky Vanilla whispers in the breeze.

For the lonely shining moon, a nibble sweet,

For the wise old owl, Selene, a midnight treat.

Through firefly twinkling woods and starry dusk streams,

He chases moon shadows, gathers gnome dreams.

In his deep blue gaze comes a loving glow,

Of days gone by, and all the love we know.

Yet forward Kelly moves, like chocolate's flow,

Turning old thorns to fresh treats below.

Now curl up and in close, little one dear,

Feel Kelly's purr draw ever closer, ever near.

Whiskers gently brush your cheek so light,

Tucking you safe into the embrace of night.

Goodnight, sweet dreamer, sleep without fear—

Kelly's watching, over you, faithful here.

With his blue-eyed promise, soft and kind,

Sweet dreams, breathe, until the morning treat find
